Kaspars Sterns is BPI lecturer in the area of church planting as well as being leader of M4 church planting training and leader of BPI DRAFT. Since 2010 Kaspars is LBCU assistant bishop in church planting related issues. He is one of the founding leaders of Mission Church in Adazi. Kaspars graduated from LBCU Theological Seminary. 2001-2010 he studied in TCM International Institute (Austria) at the same time ministering in Matejs Baptist church as youth project leader and preacher.
