Ilmars Hirss PhD is associated professor of Bible Theology at Latvian Christian Academy.  He has renewed and led Theological Seminary of Latvian Baptist Church Union, Christian Leadership College and worked as general secretary of LBCU. I. Hirss ir the head of LBCU Bishop’s Theological committee. I. Hirss has more than 50 publications in Latvian, USA, German and Czech  theological issues. He has participated with presentations in theological conferences in Germany, Sweden and Latvia. He is author of several books, his most recent one is “Heaven is Everywhere” and “In the Power of Spirit of Truth”.
