Igors Rautmanis is BPI lecturer and heads up mentoring program as well as founded and leads BPI Strategic Development Center (SDC). Igors has MA in intercultural relations from Fuller Theological Seminary (USA), before that MA in Sport’s pedagogy as well as studied Theology in London School of Theology in Cornhill. 1993-2007 he was the head of “Latvian Christian Student Fellowship”. Since 2009 Igors oversees, teaches and mentors leaders of student movements in 12 European countries with International Evangelical Student movement (IFES).
